These terms apply to all users of mjfashiongallery.com, including visitors, customers, and browsers. By using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you are using the website under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

2. Products and Authenticity

  • All products sold on MJ Fashion Gallery are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors and reputable suppliers in the USA, UK, Korea, Europe, and other countries.
  • We do not sell counterfeit, fake, or expired products.
  • Product images are for reference only. Actual product packaging may vary slightly due to manufacturer updates.
  • Prices are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price at the time of order placement.

3. Orders and Payment

Placing an Order

  • By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability.
  • An order confirmation email/WhatsApp message will be sent once your order is received.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • bKash — Send money to our bKash number at checkout
  • Nagad — Send money to our Nagad number at checkout
  • Rocket — Send money to our Rocket number at checkout
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Available for orders within Dhaka city only. A COD charge of ৳20 may apply.
  • Visa / Mastercard — Debit and credit card payments processed securely

Payment must be completed before we process your order (except COD orders). For mobile banking payments, please send the exact amount and include your order number in the reference.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping Rates

  • Inside Dhaka City: ৳60 flat rate (delivery in 1–2 business days)
  • Outside Dhaka: ৳120 flat rate (delivery in 3–5 business days)
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over ৳999 (Dhaka) and ৳1,499 (outside Dhaka)

Delivery Information

  • We deliver across Bangladesh through trusted courier partners (Pathao, Steadfast, Redx, and others).
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
  • You will receive a tracking number via SMS/WhatsApp once your order is shipped.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect information.

5. Returns and Refunds

Return Policy

  • We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
  • Products must be in the same condition as received — sealed, unused, and with all tags intact.
  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery
  • Products with broken seals or damaged packaging caused by the customer
  • Gift cards or promotional items

Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be sent to your original payment method (bKash, Nagad, bank account, or store credit).
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged product).

6. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
  • Do not use the product if it arrives damaged

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of MJ Fashion Gallery and is protected by copyright laws.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Brand names and product names belong to their respective trademark owners.

8. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Submit false or misleading information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the website
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access or collect data from the site

9. Limitation of Liability

  • MJ Fashion Gallery provides products “as is” without warranties beyond those provided by the product manufacturers.
  • We are not liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects from product use. Always check ingredient lists and do a patch test before using new products.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
