Order Processing
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day
- During sale periods or holidays, processing may take an additional 1–2 days
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to track your package on the courier’s website.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
