At MJ Fashion Gallery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned
How to Initiate a Return

- Our team will review your request within 24 hours
- If approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
- Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the returned item
Refund Methods
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Refund to your mobile wallet within 3-5 business days
- Store Credit: Issued immediately for future purchases
- Bank Transfer: 5-7 business days
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, expired, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Products without original packaging
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Gift cards and promotional items
Exchange
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
