Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM are processed the same day.

How much does shipping cost?

Inside Dhaka: ৳60. Outside Dhaka: ৳120. Free shipping on orders over ৳999 (Dhaka) / ৳1,499 (nationwide).

How can I track my order?

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. Visit our Track Order page for details.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available for orders within Dhaka city only. For orders outside Dhaka, please pay via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket in advance.

Yes! We guarantee 100% authentic products. We source directly from authorized distributors and verified suppliers in the USA, UK, Korea, and other countries. Every product comes with our authenticity guarantee.

Where do you source your products from?

We import genuine products from the USA, UK, South Korea, Thailand, and other countries through authorized channels.

What if I receive a fake product?

We offer a full refund if any product is found to be inauthentic. Contact us immediately with proof and we’ll resolve it — no questions asked.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

How do I return a product?

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number
  2. We’ll arrange a reverse pickup from your location
  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll process your refund within 3–5 business days

Do I need an account to order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive member offers.
